That’s why, together with Dariia, Product Analyst at Impulse, we’re looking for a Product Analyst to help maximize product growth through data-driven decisions.\nThis job is perfect for you if you want to:\nMake a real impact on the #1 product in its niche. You’ll get to run lots of experiments and clearly see the results of your work.\n\nWork alongside a team of driven and talented professionals - together you’ll brainstorm, test ideas, and share knowledge and experience across departments.\n\nUse modern tools and approaches. We work with Amplitude, Tableau, AppsFlyer and more. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your own working methods and the support from your manager to bring your ideas to life.\n\nWhat you will do:\nMonitor key product metrics, investigate anomalies, and handle ad hoc data requests.\n\nRun A/B tests end-to-end: generating hypotheses, designing and launching experiments, building dashboards, monitoring, analyzing results, and preparing insights and ideas for next iterations.\n\nIdentify growth opportunities and key dependencies within the product, and turn them into data-backed product hypotheses.\n\nImprove and develop existing analytics tools and processes.\n\nConduct product and user research, as well as market and competitor analysis, to support strategic decisions.\n\nUse AI tools to speed up analysis, research, and routine tasks.\n\nWhat do you need to join us:\n6+ months of experience as a Product Analyst.\n\nHands-on experience with Amplitude.\n\nExperience launching and analyzing A/B tests.\n\nExperience generating product hypotheses and conducting research.\n\nExperience using AI tools in your daily work.\n\nStrong analytical skills and an ability to identify cause-effect relationships.\n\nSolid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).\n\nEnglish level of Upper-Intermediate or higher.\n\nA proven track record of success in current or past roles.\n\nA genuine eagerness to learn fast and grow professionally.\n\nAlignment with the values of our team (more about us - here).\n\nWhat do we offer:\nWork within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.\n\nAn office with a reliable shelter, generators, satellite internet, and other amenities.\n\nAccess to our corporate knowledge base and professional communities.\n\nPersonal development plan.\n\nCompensation for English language learning, external training, and courses.\n\nMedical insurance and full sick leave compensation.\n\nSports activities: running, yoga, boxing, and more.\n\nCorporate holidays.\n\nSupporting initiatives that help Ukraine.
