This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of how consumers discover and engage with curated, personalised wellbeing at scale.\nYou’ll be joining a high-performing product and engineering team improving product discovery, reducing friction and boosting conversion across the full user journey- from collection and PDP pages to our quiz and subscription portal, while ensuring the Healf experience feels personal, actionable and deeply human.\nThis role is ideal for someone with strong UX and UI design skills, an eye for clean, scalable UI, a sense for what drives conversion and a genuine passion for building a better experience for our users. You don’t need to have worked in wellness or FMCG but a solid foundation in eCommerce, CRO and design systems is key.\nWe’re looking for a designer that embraces AI in their processes from research through to prototyping. We’re interested in the outcomes you’ve actually affected, not the arbitrary use of AI to tick a box or impress a stakeholder.\nWhat you’ll own\nLead UX/UI work across core surfaces of the Healf website\n\nAI tooling for the e-com product design team, working closely with developers to build systems and workflows that take design from concept to production ready code.\n\nDesign systems and unification of components across platforms\n\nDesign personalised experiences that help users find what they need (and didn’t know they needed) faster.\n\nDevelop creative solutions to reduce friction and drive conversion\n\nCollaborate with product, content, and engineering to ensure fast, high-quality execution\n\nPlay a key role in evolving our cross-platform design system to support consistent growth\n\nConduct user research and experimentation to validate and refine design decisions\n\nSet a high bar for craft, detail, and performance in everything we ship\n\nYou might be a fit if you\nBring experience of designing products in eCommerce, DTC, consumer tech, or health & wellbeing\n\nKnow how to turn messy, ambiguous problems into elegant, usable experiences\n\nHave a sharp eye for layout, hierarchy, and UX clarity- and understand what converts\n\nAre confident owning UX/UI end to end, from whiteboard to final polish\n\nAre familiar with CRO practices and improving performance across conversion funnels\n\nHave experience working with (or contributing to) design systems in Figma\n\nCollaborate well with engineers and can speak dev-friendly language when needed\n\nAre proactive, independent and excited to take ownership of large surfaces\n\nAre energised by building new things that help people live healthier, better lives\n\nThe Deal\nWe ask a great deal of the people who work here.
