We are a health company, so we think we should act like one.\nAt its fullest expression, Healf redefines what wellbeing means for tens of millions of people.\nWe're looking for a generalist Talent Partner to bring firepower to an AI-first talent team indexing heavily on talent density, candidate experience and hiring velocity.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone with a few years recruiting experience in high-growth, venture backed companies who thrives on ownership, founder-level agency and building deep relationships with passive candidates in hard-to-hire markets. It's an end-to-end, generalist role; you'll be working across a range of searches from tech to commercial.\nYou'll be based in our London office 3-4 days a week. This IC role is benchmarked for someone earlier in their career- you'll have a steep growth trajectory but it won't be the remit or provide growth for someone who's been longer tenured in a more senior position.\nWhere you'll make an impact\nTalent density:\nBuilding talent networks of hard-to-hire, passive candidates who will move the needle for Healf on the business metrics that matter as we scale past £100m annual revenue.\n\nEnsuring meaningful optionality of candidates at offer-stage by running sprint-style, automation-enabled searches.\n\nSourcing, assessing and closing candidates from entry through to senior experience levels.\n\nCandidate experience:\nThere are known shortcomings today in our candidate experience and we see this person inputting on initiatives that will enable a more fluid, high-touch hiring process.\n\nDelivering exceptional, personalised narratives for candidates that resonate with their individual motivations.\n\nContributing to an evolving candidate experience programme that makes Healf's interview loop a differentiator for candidates.\n\nHiring velocity:\nMoving fast and being proactive in keeping hiring teams accountable on pace.\n\nAutomating administrative burdens at top-of-funnel and within talent operations.\n\nBringing exceptional instinct and pattern-spotting skills in understanding who's an exceptional fit for Healf.\n\nWhat you'll bring\nBias for action and deep ownership\n\nSuperb written and verbal communication skills\n\nTransparency and natural proclivity for leaning in to challenging conversations\n\nDemonstrable personal interest in health and wellbeing\n\nExceptional pattern-spotting and critical thinking ability\n\nExcellent storytelling and relationship building ability both internally and externally\n\nDemonstrable experience of leveraging AI to level-up a hiring process\n\nConfidence learning new spaces and search criteria\n\nPositive energy and strong work ethic\n\nOur interview process\n30 minutes with someone from the Talent team\n\n30 minutes with Director, Talent\n\n60 minutes case study with the Talent team\n\n30 minutes with Lestat, Co-founder\n\nThe Deal\nWe ask a great deal of the people who work here.
