Content & Social Media\n\nDevelop ideas and content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital platforms.\n\nAssist in writing captions, scripts, articles, announcements and other communications.\n\nSupport short-form video, photography and social media content production.\n\nFollow current social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for Healix.\n\nAssist in maintaining the content calendar and publishing schedule.\n\n2. Communications\n\nAssist in preparing internal and external communications.\n\nDraft company announcements, newsletters, media materials and corporate messages.\n\nSupport communication for campaigns, events, partnerships and CSR activities.\n\nHelp ensure Healix maintains a consistent and professional tone across communication channels.\n\n3. Campaigns & Events\n\nAssist in planning and executing marketing and communication campaigns.\n\nSupport event coverage, including photography, video and social media updates.\n\nPrepare before-, during-, and after-event content.\n\nAssist with community and engagement activities.\n\n4. Audience & Digital Engagement\n\nAssist in identifying and understanding different target audiences.\n\nDevelop communication approaches suitable for different audience groups.\n\nMonitor engagement and basic content performance.\n\nWork with the team to understand how content, audience behaviour and digital campaigns connect.\n\nThe intern may also be exposed to GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to understand how digital engagement and campaign activities are tracked.\nRequirements\n\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Broadcasting, Advertising, or a related field.\n\nAble to commit to a minimum 6-month internship.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nGood command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.\n\nActive and familiar with social media platforms.\n\nCreative and willing to experiment with different content formats.\n\nBasic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools is an advantage.\n\nPortfolio, university projects or personal social media work is encouraged.\n\nWe Are Looking For Someone Who Is\n\nFresh.
