Learn more about this role here:\nHealogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients as would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.The Accounting Manager is responsible for hospital-based clinic revenue, billing, collections, and related accounting activities. Ensures accurate revenue recognition, compliance with contractual terms, and effective monitoring of accounts receivable and performance commitments. Provides analysis and insights to support financial and operational decision-making.\nAll Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.\nEssential Functions/Responsibilities:\nOversee clinic revenue recognition, billing, and collections\nMaintain and update contractual rates and billing structures\nReview and approve invoices; prepare monthly revenue journal entries\nAnalyze revenue results and communicate key drivers\nMonitor AR aging, identify, escalate, and resolve billing or collection issues and lead reconciliation processes with centers\nDrive process improvements and documentation for AR workflows\nManage financial impacts of hospital performance agreements\nEstimate financial risk and recommend corrective actions\nMonitor Medicare fee updates and reimbursement changes\nEvaluate billing impacts and ensure alignment with requirements\nValidate systems, calculations, and reporting accuracy\nProvide ongoing analysis and insights to leadership\nPerforms other duties as required\nRequired Education, Experience and Credentials:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting\nMinimum four (4) years of accounting experience preferred\nExperience working within ERP or accounting systems\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nSolid understanding of revenue recognition, billing processes, and AR aging\nPublic accounting experience preferred\nAbility to prepare journal entries and reconcile revenue/accounts\nExceptional communication of financial results and billing issues to non-finance partners\nHigh precision in calculations, invoices, and financial reporting\n#LI-RS1\nThe base salary for this position generally ranges between$90,000-$110,000\nThis range is an estimate,
