Models and acts in accordance with Evolution Fresh guiding principles.\nModels leadership behaviors that are grounded in Evolution Fresh Mission and Values\nDrives the engagement, development, and performance of all members of their team\nEnsures compliance with organizational policies\nCommunicates maintenance plans and status across department lines\nServes as the technical expert, coach, and resource for plant maintenance partners\nCoordinates and oversees maintenance of manufacturing and distribution equipment\nCreates a collaborative and positive work environment\nEnsures partner development and satisfaction, while providing timely performance feedback\nSupports partners in presenting ideas for improving the efficiency and productivity of operations\nOperates within established budgets, forecasts, cost objectives and service levels to control expenses\nSupports implementation of cost, quality, and service improvement initiatives\nSupports all established plant and manufacturing goals and objectives\nApprises manager of team progress and any obstacles\nUnderstands and follows established safety guidelines, programs, and procedures; and actively works to prevent safety incidents\nWorks with plant safety committee to ensure best safety and maintenance practices are followed.\nSupports food safety, legality, and quality programs\nMaintains product quality through adherence to good manufacturing practices, Food Safety Preventative Controls, product specifications and quality procedures\nPerforms other duties as needed in support of business objectives and Evolution Fresh Mission & Values\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School/GED or one to three years’ experience in related field or combination of both education and experience\nSupervision experience supporting maintenance or operations (3 years)\nAutomated manufacturing or distribution environment (5 years)\nADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nTeam-building skills\nAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing\nAbility to provide technical leadership\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting methodology\nAbility to coach and mentor others\nAbility to build relationships and work cross-functionally\nAbility to communicate technical and operational issues clearly and concisely\nAbility to plan and prioritize workload\nAbility to work with a diverse team environment\nAbility to work in accordance with safety, quality and sanitation standards, policies, and procedures\nAbility to work variable shifts to support business needs\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nPrevious experience working in a technical field, mechanical, electrical, or engineering strongly preferred\nFamiliarity with food safety regulatory requirements and global standards including Preventive Controls for Human Food (21 CFR 117) and the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
