To learn more, please visit www.generousbrands.com.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE\nThis role contributes to Health Ade success by ensuring the safe and efficient filling, monitoring, and transfer of brewed tea and related beverages throughout the production process, while maintaining accurate records and properly maintaining equipment. Models and acts in accordance with Company guidelines.\nJOB DUTIES:\nExecute batching of products according to SOPs and production schedule.\nHandle and stage raw materials, including 50-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails, ensuring proper organization and readiness.\nVerify all ingredients prior to batching (lot, quantity, and quality) to prevent production errors.\nEnsure precise scaling and addition of ingredients to maintain batch integrity.\nMaintain detailed and accurate production records, logs, and documentation.\nPerform CIP (Clean-In-Place) and sanitation procedures.\nMonitor product quality and report any deviations or issues to leadership and Quality teams.\nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.\nWear all required PPE and always maintain proper personal hygiene.\nPerform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal operation.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nMinimum Qualifications:\n1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or food/beverage environment\nExperience working in a fast-paced, team-based environment\nAbility to follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and GMP standards\nBasic math skills required for measurements, weights, and batching processes\nAbility to safely lift, move, and handle materials (including 50-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails)\nAbility to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with batching, mixing, or liquid processing systems\nExperience handling bulk ingredients (drums, totes, pails)\nExperience with CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems and sanitation processes\nFamiliarity with basic production documentation, batch records, or traceability systems\nExperience working with pumps, hoses, or transfer systems\nFamiliarity with pasteurization or thermal processing equipment\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to lift and/or carry up to 55 lbs. in an occasional manner.\nMust be able to grasp with fingers and hand for extended periods of time in a repetitive motion.\nMust be able to use 3-points of contact when climbing or descending stairs.\nMust be able to stoop, bend at knees, and/or crouch in a repetitive manner.\nMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.\nMust be able to work in environmental exposure including, but not limited to, freezer and noisy, cold, wet, or humid conditions of 34°F or below.\nOccasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic, and/or caustic chemicals.\nOccasional material exposure to moving mechanical parts and equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).\nHOURS & WORKDAYS:\n1st Shift - Monday through Saturday from 3:00am to 11:30am; 6-day workweek schedule, weekends, overtime, holidays, and/or rotating shift and day off schedules may be mandatory based on business and departmental needs.\nWHAT WE OFFER plus more!\nOur rich benefits packages are designed to support the health and well-being of both our eligible team members and families.\nMedical, Dental & Vision\nGroup Life and AD&D \nVoluntary Life and AD&D \nGroup Short & Long-Term Disability \n401(k) \nPaid Time Off\nFlexible Spending Accounts \nEmployee Assistance Program Gym Membership Discounts\n\nEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY\nWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a culturally diverse organization.
