Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing and executing a variety of communications to meet the needs of multiple audiences through interaction with clients and management at all levels of the corporations; drafts, edits and supervises the production of communications (print, web, etc) to be distributed to a variety of audiences; acts as a mentor to other team members.Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Arts or Businessand12years corporate communications experience OR 15years corporate communications experience working with senior level leadership.
Experience as an editorand writerfor an agency or media publication.
Experience with communications tools,strategiesand implementation processes.
Experienceleading others whenworking under pressure andwhen needing tomeet shortdeadlines.
Experienceleading andworking well with a diverse, cross-functional team.
Experience working independently, taking responsibility and initiative.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Master Degree in Business or Communications.
Experience with social media trends, mediums, and content.
Experience inediting/writing articles and blogs.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$70,600.00 - $149,600.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
