Job Summary

Key responsibilities include claims trend analysis and dashboard reporting, telesales call and application forecasting, call center performance reporting, ad hoc claims analytics, and performance management support. The role also oversees telesales invoice validation and accrual development to ensure accurate financial reporting and vendor management. Through a combination of reporting, forecasting, and analytical modeling, the Manager helps optimize business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

In addition, the Manager leads and develops a team of analysts, providing coaching, prioritization, and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables. This position collaborates closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, Actuarial, and IFM leadership to enhance analytics capabilities, improve reporting processes, and drive data-informed business outcomes across the IFM organization.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree and 3years experiencein data/analytics, healthcare network/reimbursement, or management consulting, OR Bachelorsdegree and 6years of experience in health care / health insurance

• 1yearofmanagement / leadership experience

• Strong analytical ability - comfortable both with manipulatingand analyzinglarge datasets and with presenting that data in an easy-to-understand manner

• Analytical strategic thinker, with the business acumen to analyze data and translate into actionable takeaways

• Articulate communicator to executive audiences

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs orprocesses in a manner that drives to tangible impact

• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities. Flexible, resourceful, able to work in an ambiguous environment.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Experience with health plan reimbursement (e.g., network contracting or medical drug reimbursement).

• Experience managing a data/analytics team

• Bachelor degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics.

• Advanced degree such as Juris Doctor, MBA,or MHA.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and Excel

• Experience managing a data & analytics team

• Ability to create a dynamic and visually engaging

• dashboard leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

• Experience of Healthcare industry - payor, provider, pharmacy

This is a Flex (Hybrid) Role: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.
