Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android, collaborating closely with backend, design, and product teams. In addition, you will provide technical leadership and mentor other developers, promoting best practices and professional growth across the team.Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
* Possess ability to sit and perform computer entry for entire work shift, as required.
* Possess ability to manage workload, manage mutliple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable.
* Experience in application / product feature design.
* Experience in integration technologies (Tibco/Informatica/CAS).
* Experience in service oriented architecture (SOA).
* Experience in cloud computing technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS).
* Experience in application configuration.
* Rapid prototyping.
* SDLC Methodology (Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development).
* System performance management.
* Systems change / configuration management.
* Business requirements management.
* Problem solving /analytical thinking.
* Creative thinking.
* Ability to execute.
* Travel availability up to 20%.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Three (3+) years of hands-on React Native development experience
* Experience building UI with Tamagui for performant, cross-platform styling and theming
* Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) in a professional setting
* Familiarity with spec-driven or specification-first development practices
* Experience with authentication and identity solutions (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, ForgeRock)
* Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox)
* Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools
* Familiarity with backend services built in Spring Boot, Kotlin, or Java
* Experience with app security and secure storage best practices

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$92,700.00 - $167,500.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
