This position requires creating and owning the facilitation and planning of the onboarding of these healthcare facilities to a proven software platform. This plan will need to be reviewed with various stakeholders and then monitored with a cross functional team during its execution. This role requires the ability to be a liaison between Health Catalyst and these hundreds of facilities to upgrade their current solution. You will be required to run regular meetings with key stakeholders, learn the use of the various tools involved in the onboarding, and understand the capabilities of each facility targeted in this upgrade.\nWhat you’ll own:\nResponsible for leading successful implementations of all the KPI Ninja by Health Catalyst service offerings to participating healthcare organizations.\n\nProvides a constant, effective operating structure for implementation projects through sound IT investment analysis, project management methodology, effective project resource allocation, and consolidated project performance reporting.\n\nAct as a single point of contact or escalation for customers and facilitate contact with the correct resources.\n\nAbility to communicate and effectively negotiate with an immediate manager(s), peers, and client partners with a high level of confidence and composure.\n\nDevelop and assist with communications to the organization and customers regarding the project initiatives, status, and progress.\n\nServe in a liaison role between application technology vendors, internal IS groups, and end users.\n\nProactively participate in meetings.\n\nEnsure adherence to defined standards.\n\nAdheres to existing project management methodology by leveraging and promoting the use of existing tools, capturing best practices, identifying areas for process improvement, and the associated implementation.\n\nDevelops and manages all key project governance documents and implementation plans.\n\nProactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective action, and monitors issue resolution to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances.\n\nDefine, identify, secure, and coordinate internal and external resources and subject matter experts, as appropriate, for the program/project implementation.\n\nManages the effective utilization of resources assigned to the project team, and proactively communicates resource capacity and shortages to the respective organization leads.\n\nEnsures that project team members complete tasks and deliverables on time and within budget and that the project delivers promised business functionality.\n\nMonitors and holds project resources accountable for meeting performance metrics.\n\nManage projects within schedule and budget constraints according to specifications and ensure business objectives are met.\n\nManages the scope of the project, and ensures that scope changes are reviewed and approved where appropriate\n\nManage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.\n\nIdentifies and capitalizes on interdependencies within the project to ensure end-to-end synergy during all phases of the project life cycle.\n\nDirect work assignments of internal and external resources to ensure support efforts are accomplished.\n\nInitiate and facilitate change management through established communication methods.\n\nOversee the development of integrated testing, validation, development of training materials, and the conduct of the training.\n\nIdentify, monitor, and develop strategies for mitigation.\n\nWhat you bring:\nTroubleshoot, diagnose and accurately document interoperability problems and their probable causes.\n\nIdentify root/cause, test, and implement solutions.\n\nDemonstrate new functionality to end users seeking inputs on future direction.\n\nImportant Soft & Technical Skills (What you bring to the role)\n\nUnderstanding of the Health Information Exchange (HIE) landscape and Health Information Technology (HIT).\n\nUnderstanding of HL7 V2, C-CDA, FHIR, and other healthcare message standards\n\nAbility to demonstrate knowledge of project management principles, practices, and software development life cycle.\n\nExhibit the ability to promote and maintain good interpersonal relationships, and proficiency in team building, conflict resolution, and group interaction.\n\nManage large diverse groups of people and work effectively with all staff as well as executive leadership.\n\nDemonstrate experience with evaluating customer needs and documenting the business case and technical requirements.\n\nDemonstrate effective problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.\n\nProficient with Microsoft Office.\n\nExperience & Education (Your background might include)\n\nAssociate degree from an accredited higher education institution or equivalent role experience\n\nPrevious project management experience working in an HIE, HIE vendor, or healthcare organization supporting software implementations\n\nPrevious clinical knowledge is a plus.\n\nInformation Security and Compliance Responsibilities \n\nMaintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security.\n\nAdhere to
