appointment types, scheduling rules, and department settings.\nAnalyze system performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.\nTroubleshoot application issues and support upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.\nPerform testing and validation for system changes.\nDevelop and maintain workflow documentation and support materials.\nProvide go-live and ongoing end-user support.\nRequired Qualifications\nEpic Cadence Certification required.\n3+ years of Epic application analyst experience.\nExperience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives.\nStrong understanding of patient access, ambulatory scheduling, and healthcare operations.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience with
