This role blends hands-on manual and automated testing with process ownership and mentorship of others. \n\nSpecific responsibilities: \n\nReview and validate requirements and technical specifications; partner early with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability\n\nDesign and execute test cases covering functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile (Android/iOS) applications\n\nWrite manual and automated tests; work with the Test Automation team to build and maintain automated test suites\n\nLog, track, and perform root cause analysis on defects through full resolution\n\nDocument test results and provide observations on product quality and process improvements\n\nEstablish and monitor QA KPIs; support and enhance test processes and reporting\n\nManage testing efforts across multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision\n\nMentor and support fellow QA Engineers\n\nLeverage AI-powered tools to improve test coverage, accelerate defect analysis, and support overall test efficiency [see note below] \n\nWhat you’ll need: \n\nMinimum of 7+ years of quality assurance experience\n\nStrong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and SDLC/STLC\n\nExperience with Agile software development methodologies\n\nExperience writing test cases in BDD/Gherkin syntax\n\nHands-on experience with at least one test management tool (e.g., Jira/Xray, TestRail, Zephyr) \n\nPreferred Qualifications \n\n2+ years building automated tests with Playwright and TypeScript\n\nExperience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) \n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., AI-generated test cases, code-assist tools, log/defect triage) \n\nExperience testing both web and mobile (Android and iOS) applications\n\nStrong prioritization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment \n\nNote for Current Employees:\n\nPlease use the internal job board in Greenhouse to apply.
