We have 600+ employees in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune in product development, DevOps, TechOps and Technical Services.\nWhat you will do:\nInteract with employees, HR and administration teams to collect information relevant for the accounting, finance and compliance function. \nInteract with external providers of banking, accounting, regulatory, tax compliance and other services.\nAssist the Team Lead - Accounting with vendor payments and other remittances, adherence to policies, review of invoices to review TDS & GST aspects and claims,PO assessment & creation, month-close accounting entries, MIS reporting and periodic compliance.\nYou get excited by:\nRoutinely digging into accounting records to provide quick and accurate information.\nUnderstanding, analysing, presenting accounting and financial numbers.\nWhat you bring:\nProactive work ethic, work prioritization ability, requiring minimal supervision or follow-ups\n3-4 years of experience working in team handling core accounting operations (Record to Report processes) \nFamiliarity with budgeting process, financial analysis, preparation of MIS reports, account reconciliations, vendor onboarding and management, payroll, vendor payments, bank remittances will be a plus\nAbility to use accounting software.
