You'll partner with engineering, product, and business teams to keep programs organized and moving, while driving execution, coordination, and on-time delivery.This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable in the details, keeps multiple workstreams OnTrack, and builds trust and alignment across teams.\nYour Impact - Program Delivery & Execution (45%)\nManage cross-functional programs from planning and initiation through execution and closure.\nCoordinate one or more concurrent programs, maintaining scope, quality, and delivery timelines.\nMaintain program plans, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to team and business goals.\nTrack risks and dependencies, escalate issues early, and help keep at-risk work on course.\nStakeholder & Communication (30%)\nServe as a key point of contact for program status, keeping stakeholders informed on progress,risks, and decisions.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships across Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Operations.\nDrive accountability and alignment across teams without relying on direct authority.\nSupport governance structures, escalation paths, and communication rhythms.\nProcess, Governance & Tooling (20%)\nApply and help improve program management practices, planning templates, and reporting standards.\nSupport program governance: milestone planning, dependency mapping, critical path tracking, and risk management.\nUse metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor program health and surface insights for decisions.\nCollaboration & Growth (5%)\nShare knowledge and delivery practices with peers and project leads.\nHelp identify gaps in process maturity and contribute to improving delivery across teams.\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of program management experience, including coordinating cross-functional technical programs.\nTrack record of delivering programs with meaningful visibility and business impact.\nBackground in SaaS product delivery, enterprise platforms, or healthcare technology is a strong plus.\nAble to engage in technical discussions and understand how engineering decisions affect delivery timelines.\nExperience partnering with tech leads on release readiness, sequencing, and mitigation strategies.\nComfortable managing competing priorities and navigating ambiguity.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to stakeholders and leadership.\nWorking knowledge of program governance, dependency mapping, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall and the judgment to apply the right approach.\nProficient in Jira and Confluence, with working knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Excel.\nFamiliarity with release management and CI/CD delivery models in technical environments.\nComfortable building and maintaining reporting dashboards.\nPMP or SAFe certification is a plus.
