In this entry-level role, you will assist in keeping projects organized and on track, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring accurate information is captured in project systems. To succeed in this role, you should be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop your project management skills through hands-on experience.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop task lists or project schedules in alignment with the scope and objectives defined by the project scope\n\nCoordinate resources as needed to provide support or ensure delivery of a successful solution\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for the project team and the customer\n\nCollaborate or escalate as required to address business or technical issues related to the project\n\nManage and maintain project information in the appropriate systems\n\nGenerate reports and produce internal project-related deliverables\n\nPartner with Project Managers as required to provide administrative/coordination support or assist with the production of project deliverables\n\nDevelop project scope, goals, risks, and deliverables including project dependencies, project plans, project timelines and milestones to manage, track and resolve cross-project dependencies, risks, issues/conflicts, and change requests to endure\n\nHold and/or attend regular project meetings and teleconferences associated with assigned projects\n\nUpdate Smartsheet dashboards, Smartsheet action items, project plan and status reports\n\nMay participate in the strategic planning activities for the assigned area\n\nReviews current systems and processes for possible improvements and implements process changes as appropriate\n\nAdministers the project approach, structure, and charter through the establishment of project requirements and planning\n\nCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports\n\nHigh degree of professionalism, especially when faced with critical and intense situations\n\nCommunicate proactively with all involved personnel, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements\n\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in science, business, technology, or related field preferred\n\nOne to two years of experience in enterprise-level project management or project coordination implementing smaller scale projects\n\nTechnical experience;
