As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support us as we build incredible teams and continue to expand our collaborative culture.\nThis role will sit in our HR team and will report to the Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition. The recruiting team is a trusted partner to our internal customers, and this hire will play a key role in the team’s success.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nWork closely with the recruiters to coordinate scheduling of in-person/Teams interviews for candidates with hiring managers and their teams.\nParticipate in interview de-brief sessions after in-person/Teams interviews by collecting notes to be shared with the recruiters and hiring managers.\nRequisition opening and coordinate with Business partners.\nMaintain real time data on open positions and candidates in our ATS (Workday and iCIMS).\nMaintain referral Bonus information.\nManage contractor data on real time\nCoordinate with vendors, requisition opening and working closely with hiring managers\nMandatory experience in workday.\nExperience in ICIMS will be an added advantage\nProactive to take up additional responsibilities\nGood knowledge in excel\nQualifications\n3-5 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition Coordination space\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal\nDemonstrated ability to build rapport with hiring managers \nExperience with Workday platforms (iCIMS experience a plus)\nAbility to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail\nHigh degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional maturity\nAbout HealthEdge\nHealthEdge is a leading healthcare technology company delivering modern, cloud-based solutions that transform how health plans and payers operate.
