Leverage agentic AI tools to accelerate architecture design and evaluate technical solutions. \nCollaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate intricate requirements into scalable, innovative technical solutions. \nInnovation: Champion the use of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings. Drive adoption of AI tools and agentic AI workflows across the team. \nCode Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct comprehensive code reviews, ensure alignment with industry standards, and provide mentorship to foster a culture of ownership. \nTechnical Challenges: Address complex technical challenges within software systems, ensuring robustness, compliance, and customer satisfaction. \nTechnical Roadmap: Play a pivotal role in shaping the technical roadmap and take ownership of its success. \nTeam Leadership: Lead a team of software engineers and own the technical health of the services the team is working on. \nOn-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotations to support the systems that your team owns. \nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. \nExperience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development with expertise in the Microsoft C# based tech stack. \nREQUIREMENTS\nTechnical Skills:\nMicrosoft platform (ASP.NET, MVC, C#, T-SQL) \nCloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) \nMVC architecture, HTML5, Web Services/SOAP, XML, JSON, WCF, Web APIs \nJavaScript and Client-side technologies (Angular, React or Vue.js) \nSQL Server, relational databases, SQL queries \nVersioning tools like GIT \nExperience with Java and Spring Boot \nFamiliarity with Ruby on Rails (advantageous) \nMessage queues (Kafka) \nKubernetes and containerization \nExperience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and agentic AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for architecture design, development, and problem-solving \nSoft Skills:\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment \nStrong communication and collaboration skills \nProven abilities in continuous learning and innovation \nProven abilities in mentoring other engineers \nAbility to influence/align across team boundaries on establishing and realizing a technical vision \nAbility to guide teams in effectively leveraging AI tools as productivity multipliers \nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nSolid understanding of either or all of Front-End Technologies: Familiarity with JavaScript, Vue.js, Angular, or React \nCommunity Involvement: Active involvement in open-source projects or tech communities \nCloud Platforms: Solid experience in GCP, AWS or Azure \nExperience in Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes \nExperience building SaaS based platforms \nExperience implementing agentic AI solutions or building AI-powered features in production
