Our engineering challenges span large-scale consumer applications, complex backend systems, and increasingly AI-powered products.\n\nWe're looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer who is equally comfortable building sophisticated frontend experiences and designing scalable backend systems.\n\nWhat You'll Work On : \n\nFrontend Engineering & Product Development : \n\n- Build and maintain production web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.\n\n- Work with modern React frameworks such as Next.js and React Router.\n\n- Understand and apply Client-Side Rendering (CSR), Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and other rendering strategies.\n\n- Independently translate Figma designs into responsive, polished, and intuitive product experiences.\n\n- Optimize frontend performance, rendering, network requests, and user experience.\n\nBackend Engineering & System Design : \n\n- Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python, Django, or FastAPI.\n\n- Develop APIs, background jobs, integrations, and services that support production applications.\n\n- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.\n\n- Build systems with scalability, reliability, latency, and operational efficiency in mind.\n\nPerformance, Scalability & Engineering Fundamentals : \n\n- Understand how applications behave end to end, from the browser and network layer to databases.\n\n- Identify and solve performance bottlenecks involving network latency, database queries, and caching.\n\n- Make informed technical decisions based on trade-offs involving performance, maintainability, and cost.\n\nAI-Powered Engineering & Applications : \n\n- Work on products that integrate LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.\n\n- Understand the fundamentals of AI application architecture, including model APIs, tool calling, and context management.\n\n- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively to accelerate implementation, testing, and debugging.\n\nWhat We're Looking For : \n\n- Strong, hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development.\n\n- Frontend : Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architecture.\n\n- Product development : Ability to independently take Figma designs and build complete, production-ready user experiences.\n\n- Backend : Hands-on experience building production services using Python with Django or FastAPI.\n\n- Databases : Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.\n\n- Core engineering fundamentals : Strong understanding of data structures, networking, HTTP, caching, and concurrency.\n\n- Production experience : Experience building, deploying, maintaining, and scaling real applications.\n\n- Independent ownership : Ability to understand requirements, make architectural decisions, and deliver features end to end.\n\n- Engineering judgment : Ability to reason through unfamiliar problems and
