This role supports a safe and secure environment of the patients, visitors, and staff of Regions Hospital at our various entrances. Guest Experience Concierge provides a variety of services ranging from assisting visitors in locating patients, communicating with hospital staff regarding visits, escorting visitors to various locations within the hospital and implementing de-escalation strategies as needed.\nWork schedule: FTE: .7 (28 hrs. weekly), Evening Shift\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation, Experience or Equivalent Combination: 2 years of experience in a customer service, patient care, guest service mental health patient care setting or position using de-escalation strategies.\nMust be able to speak English and be easily understood, read, write English and follow directions and/or oral instructions in English.\nMust have strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a stressful environment.\nPreferred Qualifications: \nEducation, Experience or Equivalent Combination:\nPost-secondary education in Sociology, Social Work or related field.\nOne year of experience working in mental health, social work or security.\nBenefits: Regions Hospital offers a competitive benefits package (.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K with match, disability insurance, fertility coverage and tuition reimbursement.
