You will serve as a central point of contact by greeting and assisting all individuals entering the hospital to ensure the finest in hospitality and service is consistently provided from entry to exit. You will act as the primary resource for other hospital staff and to perform related duties as assigned. This position enhances Regions’ customer service image by addressing the broad spectrum of needs, and/or concern and completes this in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.\nWork schedule: On-Call Casual\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience: 1 year of experience in a customer service, patient care or guest service role.\nMust be able to speak English and be easily understood, read, write English and follow directions and/or oral instructions in English.\nMust have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience in a health care setting, security, law enforcement or behavioral health preferred\nBenefits: Regions Hospital offers a competitive benefits package (.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K with match, disability insurance, fertility coverage and tuition reimbursement.
