Set at specific PAR levels in various Park Nicollet departments.\n(15%) - Deliver supplies to various Hospital departments.\nPut supplies away once delivered to the Park Nicollet clinics.\nServe as a liaison between nursing units and other Materials Service department’s orders and product substitution with Purchasing and the department. \nFollow up on back orders and product substitution with Purchasing and the department. \nMake recommendations to departments to manage stock obsolescence. \nWork with Value Analysis teams to ensure appropriate supplies are inventoried in best materials practice. \nAssist with the implementation of new products reviewed and approved by the Value Analysis Process Manager.\nOrganize and maintain skeletal order forms for all stocking locations.\nCoordinate with personnel, who are responsible for supplies n the department, on all concerns for getting an accurate inventory to PATR levels. \nCoordinate with nursing staff to ensure appropriate amount of supplies are stocked for three day holiday weekends. \nReassure nursing staff that the PAR level system does work and supplies will be available to them but not in abundance. \nPrepare progress reports of hospital financial savings. \n*Job description rankings/percentages are intended to reflect normal averages over an extended period of time, and are subject to daily variances.
