This position provides Eating Disorder assessment and outpatient eating disorder treatment using empirically supported treatment modalities to patients of all ages within Park Nicollet Health Services in a high-quality, cost-effective manner. Dedicates at least 80% of will be providing face-to-face psychological services to patients.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation, Experience or Equivalent Combination:\nDoctoral or master’s degree in psychology or related field of study. \nTwo or more years of relevant clinical experience (e.g., diagnostic assessments, individual, family and group counseling), including working with multidisciplinary teams in a medical/mental health setting. \nLicensure/ Registration/ Certification:\nObtains and maintains an active MN state license as a doctoral level psychologist or Masters level mental health therapist.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nDemonstrates knowledge of age-related, developmental principles necessary to provide appropriate services and ensure patient safety.\nProven proficiency in operating: telephone/voicemail, personal computer (applicable software applications), photocopier, fax machine, and printer.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nStrong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, assessment, and leadership skills. \nAbility to effectively solve problems and make sound, ethical decisions. \nExperience treating individuals with eating disorders preferred. \nAdditional Expectations:\nComplies with safety instructions, observe safe work practices, provides input on safety issues, and promotes a safe work environment. \nMaintains regular and timely attendance. \nProtects confidentiality.\nDemonstrates participation in and support of the organization's Corporate Integrity Program by participating in compliance-related education and training and complying with the organization's policies and procedures. \nTimely completion of all mandatory education and organizational requirements (i.e., licensure/certification, Employee Health and Wellness requirements, annual training, etc.)\nWe support our clinicians - continued growth and development, both for the clinician and the whole organization, is important to Park Nicollet leadership.
