Our mission has never been more important than it is today.\nThe Associate Account Manager will assist in the development, expansion, and maintenance of HPOne’s client relationships to achieve customer retention and growth. They will serve as the client advocate and advisor for small and medium size clients and assist Director with large enterprise clients, deepening customer relationships through meaningful interactions.Duties/Responsibilities:\nEnsure effective facilitation, coordination, development, implementation, and execution of the small and medium client programs.\nAssist effective facilitation, coordination, development, implementation, and execution of the large client programs.\nProvide consultative support to assist clients in meeting business goals.\nManage coordination, monitoring and tracking of deliverables to ensure service delivery of key client and HPOne success factors.\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients and all internal departments to deliver service as outlined in the program objectives.\nOffer solutions to enhance client performance and expand the services for small and medium clients provided by HPOne.\nConduct regular internal operational meetings to review performance.\nMaintain a working knowledge of the entire call center operation as well as project operation.\nManage change management process for assigned client.\nResolve conflicts and provide solutions to his/her clients in a timely manner and provide support and assistance to the Director in these areas. \nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant concentration\n1 year of experience in a call center or client services role\nAbility to solve complex problems in a customer-facing role\nDiscipline and organization to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nStrong relationship management skills, both internally and externally\nAbility to understand customer data and make recommendations to operations/client based on analytics\nExcellent verbal, written and Microsoft Outlook skills\nExperience in creating and presenting customer presentations\nHigh level of integrity, judgment and follow through\nStrong attention to detail\nPreferred Skills/Abilities:\nExperience in a business-to-business customer environment with health plans or within healthcare\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods of time, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)\nFrequent use of a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment such as a telephone, copier, and printer.\nMust be able to communicate effectively, including exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, email or video conferencing.\nVisual and auditory acuity required to perform job duties effectively, including reading, writing, and interpreting information on screens or in print.\nHand dexterity, fine motor skills needed to operate a keyboard and mouse efficiently\nReach with hands and arms occasionally\nFor Hybrid Roles:\nMust be able to commute to an office setting as required, which may include walking short distances and navigating an office environment.\nOccasionally moves about the office to access files, office machinery, and meet with others.\nAbility to travel 10%\nCompensation and Benefits:\nWe offer a competitive benefits package designed to support your health and wellbeing including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer match. The compensation range for this position is $59,400.00 - $73,200.00.
