other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js).\n\nImplement scalable, secure, and high-performance back-end solutions using server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java.\n\nDesign and develop scalable system architectures, including microservices and event-driven systems, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and performance.\n\nDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.\n\nDesign and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and manage data operations using relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).\n\nPerform database performance tuning, indexing, query optimization, and handle large-scale data processing requirements.\n\nImplement caching strategies (e.g., Redis) and leverage message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) for asynchronous and high-throughput systems.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.\n\nConduct unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.\n\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.\n\nContribute to system performance improvements, scalability enhancements, and reliability engineering.\n\nStay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in full-stack development, system design, and database engineering.\n\nQualifications/Criteria:\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.\n\n4+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering scalable full-stack solutions, including database design, performance optimization, and system architecture.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.\n\nFamiliarity with NoSQL databases, caching mechanisms (Redis), and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).\n\nExperience with modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js) and server-side technologies (Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, Ruby on Rails).\n\nUnderstanding of event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, and data consistency patterns.\n\nExperience with version control systems (Git) and code collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab).\n\nBasic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging
