We believe that it is only through strong investment in talent engagement, continuous professional development, support and recognition that our people can exceed every limit and build a fulfilling career.\nRole Overview\nThe Global Data Factory Specialist supports the design and delivery of data and business intelligence solutions at global level, contributes to analytics execution under the guidance of senior team members, and enables data-driven decision-making through structured data products and reporting outputs.\nAccountabilities\nSupport the development and maintenance of global data and business intelligence solutions.\nContribute to multi-country analytics initiatives by supporting technical design and solution implementation.\nBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and data pipelines in line with defined standards and templates.\nSupport data quality, consistency and performance monitoring across data and BI solutions.\nApply global data governance, security, and development guidelines in daily activities.\nPerform data extraction, transformation, and basic analysis tasks to support insight generation.\nCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support analytics delivery and issue resolution.\nContribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of data solutions.\nQualifications\nUniversity degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields is a plus.\nUp to 2 years of initial experience in business intelligence, data management, or analytics roles (entry-level profile).\nFamiliarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI platforms.\nBasic experience working with structured data and databases; data modeling and engineering skills are a plus\nComfortable working in team-based or cross-functional environments under the supervision of more senior colleagues.\nFull professional proficiency in English.\nSkills\nOpen and collaborative team play, sharing doubts, ideas, findings, and lessons learned with their colleagues\nWillingness to learn continuously on the job, especially new technologies, development practices, and ways of working\nProactivity: going beyond the literal task, exploring improvements, noticing inconsistencies\nRigor and precision\nLocation: HQ Milan, Italy (Hybrid - allowing employees to work 6 days per month remotely)\nCompensation & Benefits\nApplicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi)\nContractual Level: Employee (2) level\nContract Type: Permanent - Full Time\nThe reference Gross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of €35.000- €49.000.
