The role contributes to tax planning initiatives, manages assigned audits, and provides technical expertise to support business decisions and improve tax processes globally.\nACCOUNTABILITIES\nSupport the consolidation of the Group’s Effective Tax Rate (ETR), perform advanced variance analysis and ensure accurate, timely reporting from subsidiaries.\nPrepare the documentation related to the Pillar2, Hybrid mismatch and CBCR.\nMonitor international tax developments (OECD, EU, local regulations) and assess potential impacts on the Group.\nManage technical interactions (on assigned topics) with external advisors on assigned topics with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities, including handling specific audit queries.\nContribute to direct tax planning initiatives and analysis aimed at optimizing the effective tax rate.\nSupport cross-functional projects involving tax implications (e.g., M&A, restructuring, business model changes).\nProvide technical support and knowledge sharing within the tax team on technical tax matters\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMaster’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law.\n3+ years in corporate income taxation (multinational or Big 4).\nStrong understanding of international tax rules, ETR, and tax reporting principles.\nExperience in tax compliance and audit support.\nAdvanced Excel (pivoting, data modeling, automation).\nFull professional proficiency in English.\nSKILLS\nStrong problem-solving and analytical capability.\nEffective communication and cross-functional collaboration.\nStrong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.\nProactive and improvement-oriented.\nFamiliarity with tax-technology tools\nLocation: HQ Milan, Italy (Hybrid - allowing employees to work 6 days per month remotely)\nCompensation& Benefits\nApplicableCollective Agreement: CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi)\nContractual Level: Employee (1-2) Level\nContract Type: Permanent - Full Time\nThe referenceGross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of €39.000 - €54.000.
