Programme Stakeholder Engagement Manager

You will work with stakeholders including Operations, Team Heathrow, airline partners and internal programme teams to support clear communication, governance and shared understanding of programme activity.

This role will operate in a complex stakeholder environment and will need to balance the needs of the internal audience - programme team, sponsors, Heathrow's development portfolio and wider functional and operational teams with the engagement our external stakeholders/ key customers.

The Programme stakeholder engagement manager should understand the link between programme objectives and realisation of benefits and ensure the engagement framework/ strategy supports this.

• Develop a stakeholder management strategy & framework for the programme
• Organise and support governance and engagement forums within the programme
• Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans to support programme delivery
• Map and prioritise stakeholders across internal and external groups
• Support clear communication between the programme and our operational teams and partners
• Track stakeholder interactions and follow up on actions
• Help align programme activity with operational and business priorities
• Support alignment across the programme teams

• Experience in a programme or project environment
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across organisations
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement activity
• Awareness of working in a complex operational environment
• Ability to manage changing priorities and support practical outcomes
• Good organisation and planning skills

Desirable

• Experience in aviation, infrastructure or regulated environments
• Familiarity with digital tools for stakeholder engagement
