Specialist (Python)\n\nWe are looking for an AI Specialist with strong Python skills and hands-on experience working with modern AI frameworks and LLMs. You will work on building, fine-tuning, and deploying machine-learning models into production, as well as developing Python backend services for model serving.\nResponsibilities\n\nDevelop and maintain AI/ML solutions using Python.\n\nWork with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.\n\nBuild and optimize pipelines using Vector Stores.\n\nTrain, fine-tune, and evaluate ML models (image, text, audio, video).\n\nWork with neural networks, NLP, computer vision or reinforcement learning tasks.\n\nCreate and improve classification models (shot/scene detection, captions, object labeling, attention scoring, etc.).\n\nDeploy AI/ML models into production environments.\n\nDevelop Python backend (Flask or FastAPI) for serving models.\n\nWork with databases (SQL and NoSQL) for data storage, preprocessing, and model input pipelines.\nRequirements\n\n>1 year of experience in AI/ML or applied machine learning.\n\nStrong Python skills.\n\nExperience with LLM frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain.\n\nHands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).\n\nGood knowledge of Vector Stores and their application.\n\nSolid understanding of ML algorithms, architectures, and workflows.\n\nExperience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow.\n\nExperience with image/text/audio/video model training and fine-tuning.\n\nExperience building backend services with Flask or FastAPI.\n\nExperience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).\nNice to have\n\nUnderstanding of MLOps tools and CI/CD for ML.\n\nExperience with GPUs, model optimization, quantization.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP /
