You will understand the problems and opportunities of our business and recommend solutions that add value to internal users and customers. You will be responsible for designing requirements, defining and prioritizing projects, conducting and managing them, and testing, proposing and validating the solutions developed by the IT team.\nKEY ACTIVITIES\nAssess and identify any business flow bottleneck. Propose solutions for them through process and or system improvements\n Ensure projects/solutions are initiated according to their priority\n Map and document all requirements. Analyze and synthesize business requirements properly (workflows, use cases, scope matrix, UAT plan…)\nIdentify the project’s synergies and interdependencies\nShare knowledge and mentor less experienced team members, collaborating with peers and clearly articulating ideas and points of view.\nManage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results.\nUnderstand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders\nLead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones;\nManage projects: Create and maintain project schedules by developing roadmaps and specifications, estimating time/effort and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues and bugs that impact project progress, raise attention points, coordinate actions and solve conflicts;\nServe as a bridge between Business areas and IT to gather business requirements needed for system implementations, “translate” them to and IT/System language, follow-up the development and execute the tests/QA process.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation (Degree / Area)\nBSc or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Processing, Administration, Economics, or related areas.\nTechnical Skills\nEssential:\nSystem Analysis\nAdvanced Excel and Power Point\nPrevious experience in Financial Area\nExperience in managing system projects\nAgile Project Methodology\nPreferred:\nFinancial Instruments and Derivatives (Basic)\nKnowledge in the risk management\nVBA\nProject management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)\nJira/Confluence\nLANGUAGE\nEnglish (Essential) | Spanish (Preferred)\nLOCATION\nSão Paulo, SP | Hybrid work model, with two days per week at the office.\nPrivacy Notice - Hedgepoint By participating in our selection process, you confirm that you are aware of and agree to all the terms stipulated in our Hedgepoint Privacy Notice.
