The successful candidate will operate as a technical delivery owner, working closely with engineering teams to coordinate execution, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery in line with agreed project objectives.\n\nTypical projects include infrastructure migrations, operating system and database upgrades, and platform modernization initiatives across on-premise and cloud environments.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\nLead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment\n\nLead delivery of infrastructure and platform initiatives, including migrations, system upgrades, and cloud/on-prem transitions\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, technical approach, sequencing, and dependencies\n\nIdentify and actively manage technical risks, assumptions, and constraints across infrastructure and application layers\n\nCoordinate environment readiness (dev, test, production), release schedules, and deployment/cutover activities\n\nDevelop and maintain key project artifacts including plans, status reports, and documentation\n\nTrack and report progress across distributed/global teams using tools such as JIRA\n\nEngage stakeholders across technology and business teams to align priorities, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery\n\nAdvise management of delivery risks and issues, providing clear mitigation plans and regular updates\n\nPre-requisite Knowledge, Skills and Experience :\n\n2-4 years of experience in technical project management, with hands-on involvement in infrastructure or software delivery projects\n\nB.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience\n\nStrong understanding of technical project management practices with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver across concurrent projects\n\nAbility to engage with engineering teams, understand technical constraints, and drive discussions on delivery trade-offs\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights and make data-driven decisions\n\nDemonstrates initiatives and accountability in delivering outcomes, with the ability to be able to work independently and contribute to delivery of initiatives\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms\n\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
