You will partner with People & Culture, Finance and operational leaders to transform workforce data into strategic insights that drive business decisions.\nThis role would suit an experienced HR Analyst, Workforce Analyst, HRIS Analyst or Business Intelligence professional looking to build advanced capability in a large, national organisation.\nAbout the Role\nAs the P&C Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of workforce analytics, reporting solutions, data management processes and systems enhancements.\nYou will act as a key technical resource within the People & Culture function, ensuring accurate, reliable and actionable workforce data is available to support compliance, workforce planning and strategic decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\nPeople Analytics & Reporting\nDevelop, maintain and automate workforce dashboards and reporting solutions using Workday Reporting and Excel.\nBuild and manage executive-level reporting for and business leaders.\nAnalyse key workforce metrics including; Headcount and FTE Turnover and retention Diversity and inclusion Recruitment metrics Workforce demographics Absenteeism and leave trends Talent and succession metrics Learning and development outcomes\nProvide predictive and trend analysis to support workforce planning and risk identification.\nDesign data visualisations that translate complex information into actionable business insights.\nHRIS & Data Management\nAct as a functional expert for Workday and SAP HR data structures and reporting.\nDevelop and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, metrics and reporting frameworks.\nSupport HR system releases, testing, validation and change management activities.\nPartner with HRIS and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and system optimisation.\nInvestigate and resolve complex data integrity issues.\nData Governance & Compliance\nMaintain workforce data standards and governance protocols.\nConduct regular data audits and reconciliation activities across HR systems.\nEnsure adherence to privacy legislation, data retention requirements and corporate governance standards.\nDevelop processes to improve data quality, accuracy and system controls.\nAbout You\nYou are highly analytical, technically minded and passionate about leveraging data to improve business performance.\nYou enjoy working at the intersection of people, systems and data and can confidently communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nEssential Experience\n3+ years' experience in People Analytics, HRIS, Workforce Planning, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.\nAdvanced reporting experience within Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors or similar enterprise HR platforms.\nStrong hands-on experience with: Power BI Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas) HR reporting and workforce analytics Data extraction, cleansing and validation\nExperience designing and maintaining automated reporting frameworks.\nStrong understanding of HR data structures and employee lifecycle processes.\nDemonstrated ability to analyse large and complex datasets.\nTechnical Skills\nWorkday Reporting and Calculated Fields.\nSAP HR reporting.\nDAX formulas.\nSQL (desirable).\nETL and data transformation concepts.\nData modelling and workforce metric frameworks.\nAdvanced Excel and spreadsheet automation.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is more than a reporting role.
