for an experienced BIM Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support the development, coordination, and management of BIM models for construction and engineering projects.\nKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and manage 3D BIM models based on project requirements.\nPrepare and update architectural, structural, or MEP models and drawings.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.\nIdentify and resolve design clashes and modeling discrepancies.\nExtract quantities, prepare schedules, and generate project documentation from BIM models.\nEnsure compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and quality requirements.\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.\nProficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.\nGood understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP systems.\nExperience in clash detection, model coordination, and technical documentation.\nKnowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction drawings.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.\nGood communication and teamwork abilities.\nPreferred QualificationsExperience working on
