Serving as the technical counterpart to the Applied AI Managers, you’ll work to translate customer business needs into agentic solutions helping customers realize what's possible with our platform.\nYou'll own the full technical lifecycle from first deployment through to a thriving, self-sufficient customer: building custom clinical and operational workflows, debugging production issues, and becoming a trusted technical partner to the clinicians and operational teams you work with.\nWhat you’ll do\nWork directly with clinical and operational stakeholders to design and build custom workflows that fit how care is actually delivered.\n\nBe the escalation point for complex agentic issues - diagnosing problems, coordinating with engineering, and closing the loop with the customer.\n\nLead demos, technical discussions, and solution architecture for clinical AI workflows\n\nDefine what success looks like for each deployed workflow, then build the evaluations that prove it\n\nVisit the clinics and hospitals we work with, so you understand the teams we're building for firsthand\n\nOwn the margin trade-offs on when to build, customise or roll out existing knowledge flows\n\nRun the safety audits and recommend constant eval refinements\n\nWhat you'll bring\n3+ years in an implementation engineering, or customer-facing technical role - ideally in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software.\n\nComfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes problems end-to-end without a playbook.\n\nSharp communicator - you can explain a complex integration failure to a CTO and a head nurse in the same breath.\n\nExperience working embedded with enterprise customers or health systems is a strong plus.\n\nOther Things To Know\nThis role can be based in-office in either New York or San Francisco.\n\nYou will work directly on North America's most important commercial problems.\n\nYou will have significant autonomy and ownership from day one.\n\nThe Way We Work\nLive Forever: We build for healthcare's next decade, not next quarter.
