Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again.\nIf you don’t choose easy and you want to build something way bigger than yourself then, choose the challenge, choose Heidi.\nWhat You’ll Do\nFP&A and Strategic Finance\nBuild and maintain financial models for growth investment, commercial planning and leadership decisions, including capital use, timing, returns, cash impact and operating readiness.\n\nAnalyse revenue, sales efficiency, customer cohorts, payback, cash impact and operating performance, surfacing trade-offs across growth, spend, cash and operational capacity.\n\nSupport annual planning, quarterly forecasting and in-cycle performance reviews, partnering with commercial and operational teams to improve driver understanding and forecast accuracy.\n\nOwn investor reporting, including recurring updates, KPI and financial packs, and coordination of inputs across Finance, Data and Commercial teams.\n\nRevenue Funding Facility\nOwn the revenue funding facility operating rhythm, from monthly reporting and quarterly lender reviews through to annual renewal planning. Embed facility requirements into dashboards, controls, calendars and business-as-usual processes.\n\nMaintain the revenue funding facility model, including eligible revenue, covenant headroom and downside scenarios, and ensure inputs are accurate and reconciled across Finance, Data, Legal and Commercial teams.\n\nPrepare and submit lender reporting packs, drawdown requests and supporting analysis, while coordinating amendments, renewals, diligence and new funding capacity.\n\nManage lender and advisor relationships; and surface risks, opportunities and decision-ready recommendations early.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-4+ years in investment banking, transaction services, private equity, consulting or a similarly analytical role\n\nStrong financial modelling skills and comfort working with imperfect or evolving data\n\nExperience supporting funding, capital allocation, investor, lender or board-facing analysis\n\nStrong commercial judgement and curiosity about what drives performance in a high-growth business\n\nUnderstanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, payback, sales efficiency and cohort performance\n\nGood working knowledge of cash forecasting, AR, collections, and working capital\n\nHigh attention to detail and comfort owning work with clear deadlines\n\nClear written and verbal communication - able to turn complexity into simple, decision-ready outputs\n\nStrong cross-functional operating style across Finance and non-finance teams\n\nBias to action: you can build the model, chase the inputs, document the process and explain the recommendation\n\nAttitude is more important than ticking every box.
