priorities to meet customer timelines\nTeam Leadership\nSupervise and support digitization technicians and production staff\nProvide training on equipment, quality standards, and workflows\nFoster a positive, mission-driven work environment\nEnsure staff follow best practices for handling irreplaceable media\nProduction Management\nMonitor daily production metrics and throughput\nMaintain detailed tracking of customer projects\nIdentify workflow improvements that increase efficiency and quality\nEnsure consistent adherence to Heirloom’s digitization standards\nQuality Assurance\nPerform final quality checks on digitized media\nEnsure files meet company standards before customer delivery\nMaintain strict handling procedures for fragile and irreplaceable materials\nEquipment & Facility Management\nMaintain scanners, digitization equipment, and production workstations\nCoordinate maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary\nEnsure the facility remains clean, organized, and secure\nCustomer Project Coordination\nWork closely with customer service and leadership to ensure excellent client outcomes\nHelp resolve production challenges or special project requirements\nSupport transparency in project progress and delivery timelines\nQualifications\nIdeal candidates will have:\nStrong organizational and operational leadership skills\nExperience managing production workflows or operations\nAbility to lead and motivate a small team\nStrong attention to detail and quality control\nComfort working with digital files, scanners, and media equipment\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills\nBonus experience:\nMedia digitization or archival work\nProduction facility management\nLogistics or operations
