Aufgaben, bei denen Sie Ihre Expertise einbringen:

  • Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Support von Unify-Systemen (OpenScape Voice): Sie gestalten und sichern die technische Infrastruktur, auf die unsere Kunden vertrauen
  • Installation und Support von Applikationen (z.B. CTI, ACD, UC, UCC): Ihre Fähigkeiten sorgen dafür, dass unsere Applikationen reibungslos funktionieren und optimal genutzt werden können
  • Bearbeitung von Incidents und MAC im Remoteumfeld: Ihre schnelle und zuverlässige Unterstützung macht den Unterschied, wenn es darauf ankommt
  • Bearbeitung und Pflege der Systemdokumentationen: Dank Ihrer sorgfältigen Nachführung bleibt alles gut organisiert und nachvollziehbar
  • Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst: Sie tragen dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden auch außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten die Unterstützung erhalten, die sie benötigen

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder Kommunikationstechnik (z.B. Elektroniker für Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik, Informationselektroniker, Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in Installation, Wartung und Betrieb von Unify-Systemen sowie dazugehörender Applikationen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von LAN, WAN und VoIP, sowie sicherer Umgang mit den Betriebssystemen Microsoft und Linux, sowie mit Microsoft Office Produkten
  • Unify Systemzertifizierungen wären von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hoher Kundenorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
