technical leadership across complex initiatives.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, and other cross-functional teams.\nLead architecture reviews and drive continuous improvement of the technology platform.\nRequirements:\n8+ years of experience in backend/software engineering.\nStrong hands-on programming and software engineering experience.\nProven experience designing and architecting large-scale production systems.\nStrong expertise in system design and software architecture.\nExperience owning or leading technically complex production platforms.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems and scalability patterns.\nExperience with microservices / service-oriented architecture.\nStrong understanding of event-driven architecture.\nPractical experience with CQRS, event sourcing, and domain-driven design (DDD).\nStrong understanding of databases, data modeling, transactions, and data consistency.\nStrong experience designing scalable APIs and service interfaces.\nStrong understanding of reliability, fault tolerance, high availability, and performance optimization.\nExcellent understanding of HLD and LLD.\nStrong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, clean code, and coding best
