Operating in regulated environments, DoktorABC enables millions of patients to receive treatment without queues, friction, or unnecessary in-person visits.\nAbout the position\nWe’re looking for a hands-on, highly technical Marketing Operations Manager who loves building workflows, connecting tools, and finding out why something isn’t working. You’ll support the systems, data and automation behind our customer communications, making sure every email, SMS, push and in-app message reaches the right patient at the right moment, in the right market, with the right consent.\nYou’ll work side by side with our CRM team. They own the strategy and the messaging; you make sure it runs correctly. This role is execution-first: building, maintaining, QA-ing, troubleshooting and documenting the setups that keep our lifecycle marketing running across multiple countries.\nResponsibilities\nManage the marketing tech stack day to day: work hands-on in HubSpot (or other marketing automation platforms) every day, building and maintaining workflows, lists, properties, forms, reports and lifecycle automations. \nBuild and run campaigns and journeys: set up email, SMS, push and in-app campaigns and trigger-based journeys, covering segmentation, build, QA, testing, scheduling and launch.\nKeep data clean and reliable: maintain database hygiene, property structure, naming conventions and ongoing data checks across markets.\nSupport integrations and data sync: monitor and troubleshoot the data flows between HubSpot, mobile app, website, including identity matching, workflow conflicts, and broken triggers.\nAudit and simplify: regularly review existing workflows and automations to spot errors, outdated logic, duplicates or opportunities to simplify.\nDocument everything: create and maintain documentation, naming conventions and best practices for workflows, processes and system setup.\nWork cross-functionally: partner with CRM, Product, Data, Development and Creative teams to take technical CRM initiatives from idea to live.\nRequirements\n3+ years of hands-on Technical Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or CRM operations experience, ideally in B2C/D2C/e-commerce and app environment.\nStrong hands-on marketing automation (HubSpot is a strong plus) experience: you’ve built complex workflows and segmentation, not just overseen them.\nComfortable working with data, spreadsheets, system configurations and repetitive tasks where accuracy matters.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and the patience to dig into why something isn’t working.\nBasic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and template building.\nExperience with APIs, webhooks or integration tools (Zapier, Make or similar) is a plus.\nExperience with analytics and reporting tools such as Mixpanel, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar.\nExperience using AI to improve operational processes.\nHighly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently.\nHigh-level English is
