This candidate would be hired on the bases they will become a licensed “S” ACA. The ability to travel occasionally domestically and internationally would be a great asset since we are always requiring structures people to support the embedded maintenance program with DND.\nWhy Heli-One?\nWe’re committed to delivering the best service for our customers, innovating every day to make repairs faster, smarter, and more cost-effective.\nJoin us and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of helicopter maintenance.\nKey Responsibilities\nFollows approved repair/modification procedures for component or aircraft, consulting internal procedures that have been TC approved, original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) technical data, and work package instructions.\nPositions and aligns subassemblies in jigs or fixtures, using measuring instruments, following blueprint lines and index points Inspects completed work to identify any needed rework before signing off; ensures that repaired components meet prescribed standards and tolerances.\nPerforms serviceability tests on repairs using test equipment specified in technical manuals.\nCompletes work package documentation by signing/stamping off after finishing all designated operations Bolts, screws, or rivets accessories to fasten, support, or hang components and subassemblies.\nCuts, trims, files parts, and verify fitting tolerances to prepare for installation.\nDrills holes in structure and subassemblies, and attaches brackets, hinges, or clips to secure installation or to fasten subassemblies.\nLearn to meticulously inspect and test installed units, parts, and equipment, ensuring optimal fit, peak performance, and strict compliance with industry standards using advanced measuring instruments and precision test equipment.\nInstalls units, parts, equipment, and components in structural assembly, according to blueprints and specifications, using hand tools and power tools.\nLocates and marks reference points and holes for installation of parts and components, using jigs, templates, and measuring instruments\nQualifications, Skills & Attributes\nTransport Canada approved training program Certificate eg.
