Also known as the Stores/Warehouse Manager, the responsibilities include day-to-day operations of stores at RZE locations, as well as personnel on site. The main scope of work will include warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nExpected to supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.\nSchedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the business, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.\nInspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.\nProvide management oversight of the shipping, receiving and stores coordination of materials required for base maintenance and global support requirements.\nEnsure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.\nDevelop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.\nTrain and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.\nOversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.\nMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.\nReport to the General Manager on agreed KPI metrics and projects status.\nReconcile operational costs and obtain financial approval for purchases/related costs with financial teams.\nManage Operating budget for Stores.\nSupport CHC and H1 via responsive actions to correct problems and increase customer satisfaction.\nCoordinate H1 labor requirements and related logistics functions. Hire and train personnel, as well as maintain existing staff current from training and competency perspective.\nEnsure processes and resources are aligned for Receiving/Warehousing/Shipping.\nReport on KPI’s, as well as collaborate with Supply Chain to create new ones.\nConduct regular performance evaluation of warehouse personnel.\nManagement and oversight of MoI License and Export Control processes.\nMay perform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications, Skills & Attributes\nWhat You Will Bring\nDegree qualified or equivalent with a formal engineering or business qualification preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years experience in a logistics supervisory role.\nExperience in rotary wing operations preferred.\nDetailed understanding of CHC parts, shipping and logistics processes preferred.\nTechnical knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and procedures preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to negotiate with internal/external stakeholders.\nHighly Effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical thinker with ability to translate this into detailed action plans.\nFluent in both written and spoken English Warehouse environment. \nWorking Environment\nWork may require standing and walking for up to 50% of the time.\nThe working environment is generally favorable.
