Heli-One’s Poland facility in Jasionka near Rzeszow is focusing on airframe maintenance, repairs and services of “heavy” helicopters in the CHC fleet as well as external customers. The company completes repair and overhaul services for customers internationally. All our global sites are outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and staffed with expert technicians.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for technical support for aircrafts being under maintenance.\nYou will be part of a team of 8 people and as the Technical Content Administrator you will be responsible for generating and editing technical content.\nYou will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and editors throughout the company.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreating work orders templates for aircraft SOW - scope of work tasks\nResponses to technical queries raised by Mechanic\nContact with aircraft OEM, aircraft CAMO and design offices for requested technical support\nCreating internal engineering instructions\nVerification of aircraft, aircraft components AD status\nSupport for AC Maintenance quotation process\nCooperation with planning department\nTechnical support for Project Manager requests\nTechnical support for implementation of new capabilities (New AC types, components)\nQualifications, Skills & Attributes\nA University Degree in technical discipline\nGood technical knowledge about aircraft maintenance standards\nExperience in maintenance, minimum 1 year\nKnowledge about Part 145 requirements\nFluency in Polish and English is essential\nSelf-motivated and results oriented\nExcellent listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills\nAbility to lead in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment\nStrong analytical skills to interpret research data for reports and apply mathematic techniques in practical situations\nAbility to work on several projects or issues simultaneously\nDemonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills\nAble to work as part of a team\nEligibility\nApplicants must have the legal right to work in Poland and meet any clearance requirements relevant to the role.\nImportant Information\nAll CVs and application materials must be submitted in English.
