With safety, quality, and innovation at the core of everything we do, we are looking for skilled professionals who share our commitment to excellence.\nRole Summary\nWe are now seeking an experienced and motivated Skilled Mechanic / Technician B1 and/or B2 to join our team in Stavanger.\nThis is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Airframes Supervisor, with daytime or shift working hours.\nAs part of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the airworthiness, safety, and reliability of our helicopter fleet. Working in a collaborative and safety-focused environment, you will contribute to delivering high-quality maintenance services in line with regulatory and company standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform maintenance tasks in accordance with approved maintenance plans and manuals.\nParticipate in modification work on helicopters.\nCarry out fault finding, troubleshooting, and rectification of aircraft systems.\nEnsure all work is completed in compliance with aviation regulations and quality standards.\nSupport and adhere to quality assurance and safety procedures.\nParticipate in daily tool control and housekeeping activities.\nContribute to continuous improvement of maintenance practices.\nPerform additional duties as required by the business.\nQualifications, Skills & Attributes\nQualifications & Experience\nTrade Certificate (Aircraft Mechanic / Avionic).\nEASA Part-66 AML B1 and/or B2 Licence (preferred).\nEMAR 66 MAML B1 and/or B2 w/ AW101 endorsement (preferred).\nBasic understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance practices.\nExperience on one or more of the following aircraft types is an advantage: AS332 / AS365 / EC225 / S92 / AW139 / AW101.\nSkills & Attributes\nAbility to work independently with strong initiative.\nHigh level of attention to detail and quality.\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills.\nGood communication skills in Norwegian and (or) English, both written and verbal.\nFlexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.\nEligibility\nApplicants must have the legal right to work in Norway and meet any clearance requirements relevant to the role.\nImportant\nAll CVs and application responses must be submitted in English.
