Experienced in system design, equipment sizing and selection, engineering calculations, technical documentation, and preparation of manufacturing-ready engineering packages.\nResponsible for reviewing customer requirements, tender specifications, operating conditions, and OEM data to establish design criteria and ensure technically sound system configurations. Perform hydraulic, process, mechanical, capacity, pressure-drop, and performance calculations, supported by formal engineering calculation notes.\nPrepare and review P&IDs, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, system layouts, detailed shop and manufacturing drawings, fabrication details, piping arrangements, installation drawings, and as-built documentation. Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM), Material Take-Offs (MTO), equipment datasheets, material specifications, and technical submittals.\nProvide technical support to Sales, Bids & Tenders, Projects, customers, consultants, OEMs, vendors, and manufacturing teams. Coordinate technical clarifications, resolve engineering comments, verify compliance with project requirements, and maintain proper document and revision control.\nSupport manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, inspection, testing, installation, and commissioning activities to ensure design accuracy, constructability, manufacturability, and system performance. Identify technical risks, troubleshoot engineering issues, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement.\nSystem experience includes chemical dosing and injection packages, chemical preparation and storage systems, polymer dosing systems, pumps, blowers, tanks, piping systems, water and wastewater treatment packages, skid-mounted mechanical and electromechanical systems, and customized industrial equipment.\nCore competencies include engineering judgment, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, technical writing, cross-functional collaboration, planning and prioritization, risk management, ownership, customer communication, and independent execution within established engineering governance and approval procedures.\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, system design, mechanical design, or project engineering.\n\nStrong knowledge of industrial system design, equipment sizing, selection, and engineering calculations.\n\nExperience in preparing and reviewing P&IDs, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, shop drawings, manufacturing drawings, and engineering documentation.\n\nProficiency in 2D CAD software and 3D mechanical modeling tools.\n\nExperience in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), Material Take-Offs (MTO), equipment datasheets, and material specifications.\n\nGood understanding of pumps, blowers, tanks, piping systems, valves, and skid-mounted industrial packages.\n\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication, welding, assembly, inspection, and testing.\n\nAbility to prepare technical submittals, review specifications, resolve technical comments, and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail, technical writing, communication, planning, and time management.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple engineering tasks, and meet project deadlines while following established engineering procedures and approval requirements.\n\nExperience in chemical dosing systems, water and wastewater treatment, or customized industrial packages is highly
