After a year of supporting more patients than ever in 2024, we opened the doors to our brand-new Pharmacy Hub in the heart of Leamington Spa in February 2025, and we're dispensingthousands of units every single day. With demand for our weight loss service skyrocketing, our hub team continues to grow. With our weight loss services now supporting thousands across the UK, we’re looking for a dedicated Night Pharmacist to help us grow and continue putting patient care first. If you’re organised, ambitious, and thrive in high-energy environments, this is your moment to make a real impact.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nAs a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions while maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care, from GLP-1 weight loss treatments to dermatology, men’s health & more, supporting each patient’s journey with care and accuracy. You'll be working closely with our Night Dispensing and Night packing teams to help ensure medications are processed with precision and dispatched rapidly, meeting our customer promise to patients of safe, high-quality care, delivered in record time.\nYour day-to-day tasks will include:\nWork onsite at our Leamington Spa pharmacy hub, ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications.\nUse our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality.\nAccurately check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply.\nPrepare medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.\nCounsel patients by providing general advice on managing side effects, usage instructions, and other pharmaceutical guidance via email or telephone.\nRecord concise and accurate notes in patient records as required.\nFollow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalate issues as needed.\nEngage in team training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and best practices.\nMaintain your professional registration and keep up with continuing education requirements.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nGPhC registration.\n6+ months of pharmacy experience.\nExperience working in a fast-paced dispensing environment.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.\nExcellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset\nWhy work with us?\nAt HeliosX, we want to improve healthcare for everyone, and to do this we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition.
