Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality!\nThe Opportunity\nThe Ops Data Analyst role delivers accurate, timely and reliable insight across operational domains, including Clinical Operations, Medical, Customer Support and Physical Operations.\nThis role has a particular focus on physical and operational performance, including dispatch, SLA adherence, workflow volumes, supply chain management and fulfilment metrics, while also able to support the other areas of Ops analytics where required.\nThe Analyst works closely with physical operational stakeholders and is expected to independently manage medium-complexity analysis, escalating more ambiguous or high-risk investigations where appropriate.\nWhat you’ll do\nCross-Operational Reporting & Insight Delivery\nProvide analytical support across core operational workflows, with a focus on physical operations:\nDispatch performance, SLA adherence, and fulfilment efficiency\nStock & work force management staff level reporting\nOperational drivers impacting service levels\nConsultation volumes and approval or rejection rates\nCustomer support performance metrics and workflow trends\nBuild and maintain dashboards that provide clear, structured visibility of operational performance.\nIdentify trends and drivers within operational datasets and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.\nStakeholder Support & Structured Analysis\nTranslate stakeholder questions into structured analytical approaches\nDeliver medium-complexity analyses end-to-end\nSupport deeper or higher-risk investigations in collaboration with Senior Analysts\nAnalyse SLA adherence and operational performance metrics\nEnsure outputs are commercially and operationally relevant\nData Quality & Governance\nOwn QA of analytical outputs\nContribute towards clear documentation and data governance topics\nUnderstand data lineage across operational systems\nIdentify and flag upstream data or tracking issues\nFollow established QA and governance standards\nWhat you’ll bring to HeliosX\nExperience:\n2-4 years’ experience in analytics or business intelligence\nExperience analysing operational performance data\nUnderstanding of metrics such as dispatch rate, SLAs, workflow volumes, and conversion funnels\nExperience working with multiple data sources\nExperience in fast paced network environments\nSkills: \nAble to write basic SQL & understands SQL fundamentals to be able to validate independently\nCleans and transforms data from multiple sources\nBuilds complex reporting and dashboards\nExperience with spreadsheeting tools \nExperience of using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Sage advantageous) \nUse & experience of using WHS/WMS software e.g. blue yonder etc.\nExperience with BI and visualisation tools\nAbility to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches\nIdentifies trends and key drivers within datasets\nPresents clear and concise insights\nProject & stakeholder management handling and documenting multiple tasks (Jira & Sprint experience advantageous)\nLife at HeliosX\nAt HeliosX, we’re building the future of healthcare.
