skills and a high motivation to define process automation.\n\n- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and collaborative team environment.\n\n- Experience in application integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) is an advantage.\n\n- Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology.\n\nEducation : \n\n- Academic : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.\n\n- Professional Certification(s) : CRM, CCM, Cloud, Agile certification (Preferred).\n\nResponsibilities : \n\n- Oversight of Core Application deliverables for develop/deliver engineering deliverables for Products Sales, Customer acquisition and Servicing solutions that includes Core Applications (Life Asia/Life400), CCM Solutions, Underwriting Engines, Workflow, Middleware Integration with Front End/Mobile applications etc.\n\n- Work closely with Business Product Owners, Tech-DeliveryLeads and other technical team members to define the technical design for Product Launches, Post launch product features build, Enhancements and other new project initiatives.\n\n- Responsible for technical Solution to meet demand and guide junior IT members in the team.\n\n- Partnering with business product owners to drive Product & Proposition target or Customer Service deliverables.\n\n- Lead the technical delivery of assigned tasks / projects.\n\n- Building relationships with Delivery leads, other Engineering team members and business users across the organization.\n\n- Being able to engage and articulate the technical solution across team is critical to this role.\n\n- Contributes for the overall Policy Admin System architecture and design, providing best practice guidance and patterns.\n\n- Maintaining knowledge and understanding of the industry verticals, critical for implementation.\n\n- Maintaining a complete awareness of the Insurance/Financial Industries latest updates and developments allowing you to support/suggest appropriate
