Perform CFD simulations for automotive headlamp and rear lamp systems, leveraging expertise in conjugate heat transfer and multiphase flow analysis to evaluate thermal performance, fogging/defogging performance. Responsibilities include interpreting customer inputs to create simulation models required in StarCCM+ to perform CFD analysis, pre-processing, solver setup, post-processing results and generating customer reports.\nExpert in ability to interpret the CFD results, predict the root cause of failure and provide recommendation to meet or improve the performance of the system. Validate concept designs using simulation techniques and determine design robustness, critical to function requirements. Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously when required.\nClose cooperation with other specialized departments and develops process improvements and standard work practices for operational efficiency.
