The duties include kitting parts for manufacturing orders, receiving and verifying incoming shipments, shipping orders and parts, and maintaining accurate and organized inventory.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nThe Inventory / Shipping and Receiving Clerk will have duties and responsibilities that focus on accuracy, organization, and keeping production supplied with the right parts at the right time. This position will work closely with the lead inventory clerk and the production team to support manufacturing of electronic products for consumer, industrial, and US DOD customers. Principal duties and responsibilities include:\nKit manufacturing orders by pulling the correct parts and quantities for each job\nDeliver completed kits to the appropriate staff to complete the job\nUnderstand part differences between jobs and customers, including similar parts, revisions, and customer-specific items\nReturn unused or unneeded parts to inventory and record the return accurately\nReceive incoming shipments and ensure parts and items received match the purchase order or bill of lading\nIdentify and report shortages, overages, damage, or incorrect parts\nLabel, record, and put away received items in their correct locations\nShip orders and parts using various shipping methods, including courier, freight, and customer pickup\nPrepare packing slips, shipping labels, and shipping documentation\nParticipate in cycle counts and physical inventory, and help resolve discrepancies\nMaintain a clean, organized, and well-labeled stockroom and shipping area\nQualifications, Skills, and Attributes:\nStrong organizational skills\nAttention to detail, especially with part numbers, revisions, and quantities\nLogical thinking and problem-solving skills\nExperience in inventory, shipping and receiving, or warehouse work preferred, ideally in a manufacturing environment\nExperience kitting parts for production preferred\nFamiliarity with inventory or ERP software preferred\nAbility to work on US DOD ITAR controlled projects preferred\nAble to regularly lift up to 23 kg (50 lb), and to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods\nMust be proficient with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office products\nBenefits: \nAutomatic 5% employer contribution to 401k by Hellbender \nBase level health, dental and vision insurance, 100% by Hellbender for employees and their families \nTen holidays, plus company-wide week shutdowns at the Independence Day week and Christmas/New Year’s week. \nAccrue 15 hours of PTO per month \nHellbender Inc.
