You proactively secure the equipment needed for both internal teams and our contract manufacturing partners, enabling smooth, fast, and high-quality product launches.\nWhat You’ll Take On\nIn your role, you will:\nIdentify and benchmark potential suppliers for NPI.\n\nRequest and process quotation with suppliers for NPI.\n\nAnalyze and evaluate supplier proposals, taking into consideration price, quality, delivery times and other important factors during selection process.\n\nSupport selection and implementation of new suppliers in line with ViCentra product requirements.\n\nNegotiate and manage pricing, terms and conditions with new/ potential suppliers.\n\nLiaise with Project/ NPI team on all new products.\n\nDevelop supply chain solution for new parts/ products.\n\nSupport and collaborate in Project teams ensure timely delivery of NPI components, materials and products.\n\nEnsure COG reduction objectives are met.\n\nBuild relationship with new suppliers and transfer suppliers to Purchasing Coordinator.\n\nPurchase Equipment from existing or new suppliers necessary for the operation of the company.\n\nMonitor and maintain relationships with existing equipment suppliers.\n\nEstablish Service Agreements with new or existing equipment suppliers when needed.\n\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory, legal and Company policies and procedures.\n\nFrequently interact and collaborate with other functional areas, engineering, operations, quality, finance.\n\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor degree in Engineering or related field.\n\n5 - 7 years of relevant work experience.\n\nExperience with purchasing or equivalent experience.\n\nExperience with Sourcing, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering or related work experience.\n\nTechnical understanding of equipment in a manufacturing environment.\n\nExperience with introducing of NPI.\n\nNegotiation skills.\n\nKnowledge of Advanced Microsoft User.\n\nFluent written and spoken English.\n\nLiving in the Netherlands.\n\nConfident to working in fast-paced dynamic environment.\n\nLife at ViCentra\nWorking at ViCentra, home of Kaleido, means joining a team defined by:\nCourage to create: We experiment, challenge norms, and learn fast.\n\nTrust above all: Integrity, honesty, and openness shape our relationships.\n\nCustomer-first mindset: Every idea is measured by the impact on those we serve.\n\nA drive for excellence: We hold ourselves to the highest standard because lives depend on it.\n\nOur days move fast, fueled by curiosity, diverse perspectives, and a love for collaboration.
